AICleanerMax Terms of Service
These Terms of Service govern your use of AICleanerMax and form an agreement between you and the provider of the app ("we", "us" or "our"). By downloading, installing or using AICleanerMax, you agree to these terms. Please read them together with our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
1. Using AICleanerMax
AICleanerMax provides tools to review storage, identify unwanted files and free space by deleting selected items. You can browse media, APKs, large files and duplicate images, review installed apps and use Android's app-management controls. Additional tools include device and battery information, network tests, notification cleaning, reminders and quick-entry widgets.
Available features depend on your device, Android version and permissions. Storage totals, device readings and network results reflect the information available at the time. Results may vary, and we cannot guarantee a particular amount of space saved, faster performance or longer battery life.
2. Your choices and responsibilities
Use the tools only on devices, apps and files that you own or are authorized to manage. Review the selected items, including any default selections, before confirming cleaning or deletion. Keep an independent backup of important files: deletion can be permanent, and recovery is not guaranteed. Uninstalling other apps through Android can also remove their local data.
Notification cleaning reads and dismisses eligible notifications after you grant Notification Access. Cleaning starts enabled, and you can turn it off or exclude apps in its settings. Review these choices so that you keep the notifications you want to see. Reminders depend on notification permission and device restrictions, which may affect their delivery.
Network tests transfer test data and may consume your mobile data allowance. You are responsible for any charges from your network provider. Test results depend on signal quality, other traffic and server availability.
You must use AICleanerMax lawfully and respect other people's privacy and rights. Do not disrupt the app or its supporting services, misuse network requests, bypass security controls or interfere with other users' access.
3. Software and intellectual property
You may use AICleanerMax's functions under these terms. The software, artwork, text, names, logos, trademarks and other protected content remain the property of their respective rightsholders. Without permission, you may not copy or distribute protected material, remove rights notices, reverse engineer or modify the software, or create derivative works, except as permitted by applicable law or a relevant license. Third-party and open-source components remain subject to their own licenses. Your personal files remain yours.
4. Privacy and third-party services
Our Privacy Policy explains the information used by the app, why it is processed, who receives it and your choices. We use Firebase services for analytics, diagnostics, configuration and messaging independently of advertising. We seek consent for processing where required by law. Third-party services and linked pages are subject to their own terms and privacy practices.
When advertising services are enabled, AICleanerMax may display full-screen and native ads from Google AdMob, TopOn (ThinkUp) and their advertising partners. Singular may support attribution and advertising-revenue measurement when those services are enabled. Advertisers are responsible for their offers and content; an ad appearing in AICleanerMax is not our endorsement or guarantee of the advertised product or service.
You must be aged 13 or older to use AICleanerMax. The app may display advertising, and we recommend parental guidance for younger users. Our Privacy Policy explains how we address personal information relating to children under 13.
5. Service limitations and liability
AICleanerMax is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation, or suitability for a particular purpose. Cleaning and deletion are irreversible, and technical issues outside our control may affect availability. Take reasonable precautions before performing an irreversible action.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not responsible for direct losses caused by unauthorized use or factors outside our control, or for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from use of the app. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limits your mandatory consumer rights and remedies.
6. Changes to the app and these terms
We may update, change or discontinue features and revise these terms from time to time. The Last updated date identifies the revision. Please review the terms when using updated features. Continued use after revised terms take effect indicates acceptance of those terms, subject to any additional notice or agreement required by law.
7. Ending use
You may stop using AICleanerMax at any time. We may suspend or terminate your permission to use the app if you materially misuse it or violate these terms, subject to applicable law. If your permission ends, you must stop using and remove the app from your device.
When you stop using or uninstall AICleanerMax, the retention and deletion provisions in our Privacy Policy apply to your information. You can remove app-specific local data through Android's clear-storage or uninstall controls. Keep any files you need before removing data.
